The boss opens with ‘My House’, using the familiar ‘my house is your house’ vocal as the base for a hypnotic techno stomper that switches between breaks and kicks. ‘Bitches’ is a deeper number, a minimal yet busy groove very much keeping with the times. ‘You Can Find Me’ is a swinging electro influenced breakbeat groove, laced with 303s, M1 Korg piano and a memorable vocal hook.
‘Walking’ is a moody, dubby affair, perfect for late night/early morning shenanigans. ‘Shake It Up’ channels more of that timeless Techno vibe, adding some mechanical clicks and whirs in true oldskool Techno fashion. ‘Deep in your Mind’ ventures into Dub Techno with mind bending notes and a soulful vocal. The boss returns and does it in typical style!!!
