Shaka Loves You celebrated Record Store Day 2023 by visiting Orange Moon Record Store in North Berwick and not only did they get to stock up on vinyl themselves, but they also hung around to play some of their favourite vinyl finds too. Those in attendance got a full 2-hour SLY experience that featured a handful of re-edits and a larger amount untampered with funk, soul and disco classics for the purists out there! The beautifully crafted mix has class and quality on tap and a flow you’ll find impossible to not get fully involved with. I’m very certain you’ll be playing this one for days!

Now a year old, the Loose Joints series has dropped every Bandcamp Friday with a selection of classics that have had the SLY treatment on board. Volume 12 features two dancefloor-ready re-edits of music by The Bee Gees and Tasha Thomas and a low-slung Who’s Who re-edit fit for the afterparty.
