Just under a month ago, I shared 9TRANE’s stunning breakbeat mix of Robert Miles’ classic – Children – and while I checking out what other tracks he’s released over on his Soundcloud page, I found this equally brilliant speed garage remix of Overmono’s future classic – So U Kno -. Lifting the vocal from the original, 9TRANE threads it through skipping hi-hats, shuffling drums and one of those beautiful basslines you just can’t get enough of! A damn fine tune to many and a certain nostalgia trip for those of us who experienced the short-lived sound that shook up the dancefloors in the 90s.
