Although Red Giant Recordings’ mammoth F#CK CANCER compilation landed during last month’s Bandcamp Friday, this Bandcamp Friday is clearly the best time to share it because 100% of the proceeds will be going to a number of cancer charities selected by the team of the Brighton-based label. Cancer is unfortunately something everyone is affected by at some point in their lives and with that sadly being the case in the Red Giant Recordings camp recently, a swift decision was made to bring together a few of their favourite artists and raise some much-needed funds for some worthy charities. A few of the artists who were only too happy to help include Myagi, Lee Coombs, Kouncilhouse, Meat Katie, Matt Goddard (Dopamine) and D.A.V.E the Drummer to name just a few. So, if progressive house, techno, tech funk and breakbeat are your thing, I’ve no doubts you’ll be wanting to get your hands on this epic compilation while doing your bit for some excellent causes at the same time.
