If you’re a drum and bass fan, there’s a good chance you’ve heard Corrupted Mind’s massive remix of Bicep’s masterpiece Glue because it’s had just under three million plays on Soundcloud alone! Now three years old, Corrupted Mind felt it was time to refresh his monster remix and with ideas bouncing around his brain, he reached out to Jersey-based singer/songwriter/producer/musician Sofia in the hope she’d be happy to lay down some of her signature vocals. As we can see, they joined forces and even though it might not be the popular opinion, I think this VIP mix is head and shoulders above the original remix. Corrupted Mind’s rearrangement of the original remix and the added tweaks give the track more presence and more power, while the elements used from Glue and Sofia’s stunning vocals bring so much emotivity, that there’s a very good chance you’ll end up a human puddle by the time it’s done. It’s an epic one folks, so prepare yourselves accordingly.
