Kele – On The Lam (Stanton Warriors Remix) – REVIEW + Giveaway
Stanton Warrior’s take on the fella from Block Party’s solo tune, but hark at the less than polished beats, big beefy amen fills, poorly arranged vocal edits, and general under produced vibe, are you telling me this really is Dom and Mark? We honestly thought it was an imposter when we first heard it, but then discovered that its coming soon to Polydor Records. Disco bass it most certainly ain’t.
In fairness, it could just be the parts from the original that’s grinding us. On any other scale, this is probably a fantastic remix that most we be proud to have created. But from Stantons, we expect a little better. Which really, is just a great big compliment. Anyway, check out the video, see what you think…
