High Rankin has spent the last few months making us guffaw with his childish – yet at the same time very adult – humour on the weekly Rankin Radio podcast. But when’s he’s not locked away in a room producing some of the best free dubstep downloads with one or both of his best mates, all with their trousers round their ankles [apparently], broadcasting to the masses, he’s producing monsters like Keep Rocking. It’s a monumental, bass-face inducing, paddle-steamer of a track, that will have you looking like a bulldog chewing on a wasp. The plinky-tinkly bits and riff are reminiscent of 90s video games, he’s got a nice mix of male and female vocals and, as always, some textbook bassline work. Strong work Mr Rankin, strong work.
